Vancouver, British Columbia — August 11, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Zymeworks Inc. (Nasdaq: ZYME) has appointed Greg Ciongoli and Robert E. Landry to its Board of Directors, effective August 10, 2025. Ciongoli and Landry will also serve on the audit committee.
Kenneth Galbraith, Chair and CEO of Zymeworks, noted that the pair’s financial and strategic leadership would prove invaluable as the company continues to advance its development programs. He added that the company is entering a period of opportunity for value creation with recent regulatory approvals for zanidatamab in key international markets, an upcoming topline data readout for HERIZON-GEA-01 in the fourth quarter of 2025, and continued progress across its novel pipeline.
Ciongoli is the Founder and Managing Partner of Adiumentum Capital Management. Landry most recently served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Finance at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc.
Troy Cox, who served on Zymeworks’ Board since 2019, has stepped down.
