Vyome Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: HIND) held its annual shareholder meeting on October 28, 2025, where all three Class I directors—Krishna K. Gupta, Shiladitya Sengupta, and Stash Pomichter—were re-elected to the board to serve until the 2028 annual meeting. Ninety-three percent of votes cast favored the re-election. Shareholders also ratified Kreit & Chiu CPA LLP as the company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, and approved the 2025 Equity Incentive Plan and the compensation of named executive officers.
Krishna Gupta, Chairman of Vyome, noted the vote reflects confidence in the company’s innovative DNA of MIT alums and its commitment to shareholder alignment. Venkat Nelabhotla, CEO, said the meeting shaped the foundation for a dilution-conscious and cost-efficient company.
