Morgan Healthcare Conference on Monday, January 12, 2026, at 2:15 p.m. PT.

Upstream Bio is currently developing verekitug, a monoclonal antibody and the only known antagonist in clinical development targeting the receptor for thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP). TSLP is a clinically validated cytokine driving inflammatory responses upstream of multiple signaling cascades affecting various immune-mediated diseases. The company has advanced verekitug into Phase 2 trials for chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP), severe asthma, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
