Telo Genomics Corp. (TSXV: TELO) Grants Stock Options to Directors, Officers, Employees, and Consultants

Vancouver, British Columbia — August 4, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Telo Genomics Corp. (TSXV: TELO) (OTCQB: TDSGF) has announced the grant of stock options to purchase up to 3,300,000 common shares of the Company, contingent on approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. The options are part of the Company’s stock option plan and are intended to reward the existing team and incentivize future contributions to Telo Genomics’ growth.

Of the total options granted, 2,500,000 were allocated to directors and officers, 600,000 to employees, and 200,000 to consultants. Each option will be exercisable at a price of $0.055 per share, with an expiry date of five years from the grant date. All options vest immediately upon being granted.

Options granted to directors, officers, and consultants, along with the underlying shares, will be subject to a four-month hold period, in adherence to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
