Rockville, MD — November 4, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Supernus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: SUPN) reported its third-quarter 2025 financial results, with combined revenues for its four growth products increasing 52% to $149.2 million, compared to the same period in 2024. The company’s total revenues reached $192.1 million, a 9% increase year-over-year.
The growth was driven by increased net sales of Qelbree® and GOCOVRI®, as well as the addition of sales from ZURZUVAE® and ONAPGO™. Supernus completed its acquisition of Sage Therapeutics, Inc. on July 31, 2025. Cash, cash equivalents, and current marketable securities totaled approximately $281.2 million as of September 30, 2025. The company is increasing its full-year 2025 revenue guidance and updating operating earnings (loss) guidance to reflect the strong performance in the first nine months of 2025.
ONAPGO, the subcutaneous apomorphine infusion device for Parkinson’s disease, generated $6.8 million in net product sales in its first full quarter since its U.S. commercial launch in April 2025. Collaboration revenue from ZURZUVAE was $20.2 million in the third quarter of 2025. Net sales of Qelbree increased 31% to $81.4 million, and GOCOVRI net sales rose 15% to $40.8 million.
Supernus is progressing its product pipeline, including SPN-817 for epilepsy, SPN-820 for depression, and SPN-443 for ADHD. The company is updating its full-year 2025 financial guidance, projecting total revenues of $685 million to $705 million and adjusted operating earnings of $125 million to $145 million.
