ATLANTA, GA — May 4, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Regional Health Properties, Inc. (OTCQB: RHEP) has appointed Marlie Davis as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. She succeeds Mark Stockslager, who is retiring from the role.
Davis brings significant finance, accounting, and real estate experience to Regional Health Properties. Most recently, she was Chief Financial Officer & Controller of Hatteras Sky, where she managed finance and accounting across multi-entity structures. Her responsibilities included GAAP-compliant reporting and audit readiness, implementation of internal control and reporting frameworks, and direction of budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning.
Before Hatteras Sky, Davis held positions such as Managing Director – Finance at Sixty West, Senior Manager – Assurance at Cherry Bekaert LLP, Director – Real Estate Assurance & Advisory at AGH, LLC, and Senior Manager – Assurance at CohnReznick LLP. She holds an MBA from Utica College and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Central Florida. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
