(TSX-V: RKV, FSE: 7JO0) will present new preclinical data from its ATR inhibitor program at the AACR-NCI-EORTC International Conference on Molecular Targets and Cancer Therapeutics, taking place October 22-26 in Boston.
The company’s presentation will showcase its ATR inhibitor program, which was developed in collaboration with Variational AI using their Enki™ generative AI platform. The platform was used to identify compounds with properties that selectively target ATR. The most promising molecules were synthesized and characterized in vitro and in vivo.
The data to be presented will cover the potency, selectivity, CNS penetrance, and metabolic stability of select inhibitors. Company representatives will be available to discuss potential collaborations.
According to Prof. Mads Daugaard, President and Chief Scientific Officer of Rakovina Therapeutics, the data reflects the continued progress of the company’s AI-driven drug discovery pipeline. Daugaard noted that the ATR inhibitor drug candidates demonstrate strong efficacy and blood-brain barrier permeability.
