Quebec Publicly Funds FORUS Therapeutics’ XPOVIO for Multiple Myeloma Treatment

Oakville, Ontario — November 18, 2025 — Leads & Copy — FORUS Therapeutics announced that XPOVIO® (selinexor) is now publicly funded in Quebec for the treatment of multiple myeloma, effective November 6, 2025.

Kevin Leshuk, President and CEO of FORUS, expressed the company’s pleasure in successfully concluding the INESSS process, stating that this milestone ensures Quebec multiple myeloma patients have equitable access to XPOVIO.

Martine Elias, M.Sc., CEO of Myeloma Canada, commended Quebec’s decision to fund XPOVIO, noting that as an innovative therapy with a novel mechanism of action for patients with early relapsed or refractory disease, XPOVIO offers renewed hope and expands the treatment options available to clinicians and patients.
