PharmaCorp Rx Inc. (TSXV:PCRX) Announces Executive Team Changes

December 1, 2025 — PharmaCorp Rx Inc. (TSXV: PCRX) announced an executive transition where Paul Dale was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer, effective December 1, 2025. Calvin LeRoux will transition from his role as President to Strategic Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer for one year.

Paul Dale, previously PharmaCorp’s Chief Operating Officer since its beginning, will assume increased leadership duties as the company progresses with its national expansion strategy.

Alan Simpson, Executive Chairman of PharmaCorp, stated that Dale’s appointment reinforces the continuity of their operating model and demonstrates their confidence in his leadership. He added that Dale’s experience in managing complex retail organizations and his consistent performance during acquisition and integration efforts make him exceptionally suited for this expanded role.

Calvin LeRoux’s term as President will end on November 30, 2025. As Strategic Advisor, he will support the transition of responsibilities, contribute to strategic initiatives, and continue to advise on matters related to PharmaChoice Canada.

Simpson noted LeRoux’s significant role in PharmaCorp’s early development and in strengthening their relationship with PharmaChoice Canada. He expressed pleasure that LeRoux will continue to support PharmaCorp in an advisory capacity.

PharmaCorp also announced the appointment of Sophia Sigler as Director of Business Development, effective December 1, 2025. Sigler will spearhead PharmaCorp’s business development efforts, including identifying acquisition opportunities, managing the transaction pipeline, coordinating due diligence, and assisting pharmacist partners with co-ownership and succession structures.
