Mississauga, Ontario — November 26, 2025 — Leads & Copy — P. Harvey Griggs has resigned from MyndTec Inc.’s Board of Directors, effective today, for personal health reasons, the company announced. Dr. Griggs, an early investor in the company (CSE: MYTC), served on the board for six years.
Dr. Milos Popovic, Board Chair, expressed gratitude for Dr. Griggs’ dedicated service and invaluable contributions to MyndTec. Dr. Popovic acknowledged Dr. Griggs’ support and belief in the company’s mission to improve rehabilitation outcomes for stroke and spinal cord injury patients, and extended best wishes to him.
Dr. Griggs voiced his pride in MyndTec’s efforts to advance therapy for stroke patients and wished the company continued success.
MyndTec does not currently intend to fill the board vacancy.
