Gerald Falchook, MD, from Sarah Cannon Research Institute at HealthOne, will present on the clinical safety, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and cytochrome P450 interactions for the SRC/YES1 kinase inhibitor NXP900. Asier Unciti-Broceta from the University of Edinburgh will present on NXP900’s potent inhibition of tumor growth in FAT1 mutated xenograft models.
