TORONTO, ON — January 29, 2026 — Leads & Copy — NetraMark Holdings Inc. (CSE: AIAI) (OTCQB: AINMF) (Frankfurt: PF0) has appointed Lawrence Guy to its Board of Directors, strengthening the board with his expertise in capital markets, investment management, and public-company governance.
Mr. Guy’s extensive experience includes financial leadership, fund management, and corporate development across both private and public markets. He is currently a Managing Director with Next Edge Capital, where he is responsible for strategic partnerships, corporate initiatives, and evaluating new investment opportunities.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Guy was a Vice President at Purpose Investments and held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Director of Navina Asset Management Inc. before its acquisition by Aston Hill Financial Inc. He also served as a Portfolio Manager at Aston Hill Financial Inc.
Mr. Guy holds a BA in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. In addition to his new role, he is a director of Emerita Resources Corp. (TSX-V: EMO), Lithium Ionic Corp. (TSX-V: LTH), Nobel Resources Corp. (TSX-V: NBLC) and Halcones Precious Metals Corp. (TSX-V: HPM).
