Fort Myers, FL — February 17, 2026 — Leads & Copy —

NeoGenomics, Inc. (Nasdaq: NEO) has released its fourth-quarter and full-year results for the period ending December 31, 2025, showcasing an 11% increase in fourth-quarter consolidated revenue, reaching $190 million, and a 10% increase in full-year consolidated revenue, totaling $727 million.

The company reported a 36% decrease in fourth-quarter net loss, amounting to $10 million, while the full-year net loss increased by 37% to $108 million. Adjusted EBITDA for the fourth quarter rose by 13% to $13 million, and the full-year adjusted EBITDA increased by 9% to $43 million.

CEO of NeoGenomics, Tony Zook, noted the company’s strong finish to 2025, driven by clinical volumes and a shift towards higher-value tests. NGS growth was particularly strong, with a 23% increase in Q4 and 22% for the full year, surpassing market growth rates.

NeoGenomics is preparing for the clinical launch of its RaDaR ST MRD assay, aimed at addressing the $20+ billion molecular residual disease monitoring market. While a modest revenue contribution is expected from MRD in 2026, the company anticipates substantial growth in 2027 and beyond. RaDaR ST, along with the PanTracer family of therapy selection solutions, is expected to drive long-term revenue growth.

The company’s fourth-quarter consolidated gross profit was $83 million, up 8% from 2024. The increase primarily resulted from higher revenue, offset by increased compensation, benefit costs, and supplies costs. The consolidated gross profit margin was 43.8%, while the adjusted gross profit margin was 46.4%.

Operating expenses for the fourth quarter of 2025 remained relatively flat at $97 million. The company’s net loss for the quarter was $10 million, compared to a net loss of $15 million for the same period in 2024. Adjusted EBITDA was $13 million, compared to $12 million in the fourth quarter of 2024. The company’s cash and cash equivalents totaled $160 million at quarter end.

The full-year consolidated revenue for 2025 was $727 million, up 10% from the previous year. Revenues from the Pathline acquisition also contributed to revenue growth, which was partially offset by lower non-clinical revenue due to macro trends in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, and a less favorable test mix. The net loss for 2025 was $108 million, compared to $79 million in 2024. Adjusted EBITDA for 2025 was $43 million, compared to $40 million in 2024.

NeoGenomics has issued its full-year 2026 guidance, projecting consolidated revenue between $793 million and $801 million, a net loss between $63 million and $50 million, and adjusted EBITDA between $55 million and $57 million.
