Kura Oncology to Host Virtual Events on FTI Program and Clinical Data

SAN DIEGO, September 3, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Kura Oncology, Inc. (Nasdaq: KURA) will host two virtual investor and analyst events to spotlight its farnesyl transferase inhibitor (FTI) program. The events will highlight Kura’s efforts in targeting cancer signaling pathways.

The first event, on September 16, will explore the science and preclinical data supporting the combination of FTIs with tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs), RAS inhibitors, and PI3K alpha inhibitors. The second event, on October 18, will dive into clinical data from the 2025 European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Congress, including insights from KO-2806.

Live audio webcasts will be available on Kura’s website, with archived replays following the events. Presentations at ESMO Congress 2025 include data on KO-2806 with cabozantinib in renal cell carcinoma, KO-2806 as monotherapy in advanced solid tumors, and tipifarnib with alpelisib in recurrent/metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.

Kura Oncology is focused on precision medicines for cancer, developing small molecule drug candidates targeting cancer signaling pathways in hematologic malignancies and solid tumors. They are developing ziftomenib, a menin inhibitor, and advancing menin and farnesyl transferase inhibition.
