WINNIPEG, Manitoba – Kane Biotech Inc. (TSX-V:KNE) announced its intention to undertake a non-brokered private placement offering of up to 16 million common shares at a price of $0.05 per share, for gross proceeds of up to $800,000.
The net proceeds from the offering will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes. Certain insiders of Kane Biotech may participate in the offering, which is expected to close on or about December 17, 2025.
All shares issued in connection with the offering are subject to a hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance. The offering is subject to receipt of all necessary approvals, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
Kane Biotech is developing wound care treatments that disrupt biofilms, which contribute to antibiotic resistance. The company’s revyve® Antimicrobial Wound Gel and revyve® Antimicrobial Wound Gel Spray are US FDA 510(k) cleared, and revyve® Antimicrobial Wound Gel is Health Canada approved.
