Janux Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: JANX) will host a virtual event on Monday, December 1, 2025, at 4:30 PM ET, to provide an update on its clinical-stage biopharmaceutical programs. The company is focused on developing novel immunotherapies using its proprietary Tumor Activated T Cell Engager (TRACTr), Tumor Activated Immunomodulator (TRACIr), and Adaptive Immune Response Modulator (ARM) platforms.
David Campbell, Ph.D., President & Chief Executive Officer of Janux, will lead the event. He will primarily discuss Phase 1a dose escalation data for JANX007, and also present Phase 1b expansion data in adult subjects with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC).
Following the presentation, a live question and answer session with analysts will take place.
Janux’s pipeline includes:
JANX007: This is Janux’s lead clinical candidate, a TRACTr targeting prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA). It is currently in Phase 1 clinical trials for adult patients with mCRPC.
JANX008: This second clinical candidate is a TRACTr targeting epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). It is under investigation in a Phase 1 clinical trial for multiple solid cancers, including colorectal carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck, non-small cell lung cancer, renal cell carcinoma, small cell lung cancer, pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, and triple-negative breast cancer.
The company is also advancing additional CD3-based TRACTr and CD28-based TRACIr programs for future clinical development. These include a PSMA-TRACIr to be used with JANX007 and a TROP2-TRACTr for TROP2+ solid tumors. Additionally, Janux is progressing its first ARM platform program candidate, a CD19-ARM, for potential treatment of autoimmune diseases, with plans to move it toward clinical trials.
