Gothenburg, Sweden — October 9, 2025 — Leads & Copy — IRLAB Therapeutics (STO:IRLAB-A)(FRA:6IRA) has appointed Gustaf Albèrt as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a member of the management team, effective November 17. Albèrt brings extensive experience from senior financial roles, including positions at Isofol Medical, Elanders Sweden, and most recently, Aqilion.
According to IRLAB’s CEO Kristina Torfgård, Albèrt’s deep understanding of the life science sector will contribute to the company’s value creation. Albèrt succeeds Roy Jonebrant, who has been serving as interim CFO since September 1, 2025.
IRLAB develops treatments for Parkinson’s disease, with its pipeline including Mesdopetam (IRL790), Pirepemat (IRL752), and IRL757, as well as preclinical programs IRL942 and IRL1117.
