Incyclix Bio Secures $11.25 Million Series B Financing Extension for Cancer Treatment Development

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. — August 25, 2025 — BiotechReporter.news — Incyclix Bio, LLC, has secured a $11.25 million extension to its Series B financing to advance INX-315, a CDK2 inhibitor for advanced and resistant cancer. Investors include Eshelman Ventures, Eli Lilly and Company, Pharmacosmos, and Cape Fear BioCapital. The funding will support the ongoing Phase 1/2 clinical trial of INX-315 (NCT05735080). Patrick Roberts, Pharm.D., Ph.D., CEO of Incyclix Bio, expressed gratitude for the support, noting the potential to address unmet needs in breast and ovarian cancers.

INX-315-01 is a Phase 1/2 study evaluating the safety, PK, and antitumor activity of INX-315 in advanced cancers, including CDK4/6i-resistant breast cancer and CCNE1-amplified solid tumors. Interim data was presented at SABCS 2024, with study completion expected by mid-2026.
