IMUNON (Nasdaq:IMNN) to Host R&D Day on Novel IL-12 Immunotherapy for Ovarian Cancer

November 7, 2025 — IMUNON, Inc., a clinical-stage biotechnology company (Nasdaq: IMNN), will host an R&D Day on Monday, November 10, 2025, in New York City, starting at 8:00 a.m. ET. Investors and stakeholders are invited to attend in person or via live webcast.

The event will feature in-depth discussions with experts, including principal investigators leading the Phase 3 OVATION 3 clinical trial and the Phase 2 minimal residual disease (MRD) trial of IMNN-001. IMNN-001 is an IL-12 immunotherapy in development for treating women with advanced ovarian cancer.

Presentations will be made by:

  • Premal H. Thaker, M.D. (Washington University School of Medicine)
  • Amir A. Jazaeri, M.D. (MD Anderson Cancer Center)
  • Giorgio Paulon, Ph.D. (Berry Consultants, LLC)
  • Douglas V. Faller, M.D., Ph.D. (IMUNON)

Dr. Stacy R. Lindborg, president and chief executive officer of IMUNON, stated that the event offers an opportunity to hear directly from the investigators driving clinical progress of IMNN-001.

She emphasized the urgent need for new ovarian cancer treatment options and the potential clinical impact of IMNN-001 immunotherapy. Lindborg noted that the data and insights shared would be consequential for understanding the future of ovarian cancer treatment and how IMUNON is leading the effort to bring the first advance in the standard of care in approximately 30 years.

IMUNON is focused on advancing innovative treatments that harness the body’s natural mechanisms to generate safe, effective, and durable responses across various human diseases. The company is developing its non-viral DNA technology across its modalities, TheraPlas® and PlaCCine®.

IMUNON’s lead clinical program, IMNN-001, has completed multiple clinical trials, including a Phase 2 clinical trial (OVATION 2), and is currently undergoing a Phase 3 clinical trial (OVATION 3). IMNN-001 instructs the body to produce cancer-fighting molecules, such as interleukin-12 and interferon gamma, at the tumor site.

IMUNON has also completed dosing in a first-in-human study of its COVID-19 booster vaccine (IMNN-101). The company intends to leverage these modalities and advance the technological frontier of plasmid DNA to better serve patients with difficult-to-treat conditions, either directly or through partnerships.
