August 13, 2025 — Immatics N.V. (NASDAQ: IMTX) shared a business update and financial results for Q2 2025, highlighting progress with its Anzu-cel (IMA203) PRAME cell therapy. Data from a Phase 1b trial showed favorable tolerability, anti-tumor activity, and durability in metastatic melanoma patients.
Anzu-cel continues to show positive results in heavily pretreated patients with metastatic melanoma, with a 56% cORR and 12.1 months mDOR at 13.4 months mFU.
Immatics’ global Phase 3 trial, SUPRAME, is ongoing, with interim and final analyses expected in 2026.
The company’s cash and cash equivalents totaled $560.5 million as of June 30, 2025, expected to last into the second half of 2027.
The company’s Chief Financial Officer, Arnd Christ, has informed the Company that he intends to transition out of the Company to pursue other opportunities. Arnd Christ will remain as the Company’s CFO to ensure a smooth transition until the earlier of the appointment of his successor or the end of 1Q 2026.
