Hydreight Technologies (TSXV:NURS) Reports Significant Revenue Growth in Q3 2025: 132% year-over-year increase

VANCOUVER, British Columbia and LAS VEGAS — November 27, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Hydreight Technologies Inc. (TSXV: NURS, OTCQB: HYDTF, FSE: SO6) has released its financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025, showcasing significant revenue growth and operational improvements.

The company reported a 61% increase in topline revenue for the first nine months of 2025, reaching $26.71 million, compared to the same period last year. GAAP revenue for the same period increased by 70% to $20.44 million.

For the third quarter of 2025, Hydreight achieved a record topline revenue of $12.83 million, a 110% increase compared to Q3 2024. GAAP revenue for the quarter was $10.52 million, marking a 132% increase year-over-year.

Gross margin for Q3 2025 was $2.33 million, up from $1.53 million in Q3 2024. The company reported an adjusted EBITDA of $620,000 for Q3 2025, reflecting continued operational improvements.

Hydreight also announced a GAAP net income of $362,000 for Q3 2025, a significant improvement from the GAAP net loss of $90,000 in Q3 2024. The company’s cash on hand at the end of the quarter was $18.64 million.

Between July and September, Hydreight processed approximately 295,000 VSDHOne product orders, demonstrating broad growth across various health and wellness verticals. The company added 198 new nurses to its network during the same period, a 49% year-over-year increase. Pharmacy orders increased by approximately 72% year-over-year.

Hydreight is actively evaluating potential acquisitions of profitable multi-state wellness and digital-health operators to expand nationally through its VSDHOne platform. The company is further integrating 503A/503B pharmacy partners to enhance capacity, fulfillment speed, and margin potential. An enhanced version of the VSDHOne telehealth platform is slated for release.
