November 3, 2025 — HealthStream, Inc. (Nasdaq: HSTM) announced its third-quarter results, with revenues reaching $76.5 million, a 4.6% increase from the previous year. The company’s operating income rose by 16.5% to $7.6 million, while net income increased by 6.3% to $6.1 million. Earnings per share (EPS) also saw an uptick, reaching $0.20 per share (diluted). Adjusted EBITDA reached $19.1 million, up 7.9%.
The Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.031 per share, payable on November 28, 2025, to holders of record on November 17, 2025.
HealthStream also completed the acquisition of Virsys12, a healthcare technology company specializing in provider network application and data management, on October 8, 2025.
The company is updating its guidance for 2025 with expected revenue between $299.5 million and $301.5 million, net income between $20.3 million and $21.5 million, and adjusted EBITDA between $69.5 million and $71.5 million.
