SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 19, 2025 — Leads & Copy — HealthEx, a data rights management platform, has appointed Jeremy Schwarz as Chief Commercial Officer to advance its mission of empowering individuals with real-time access to their health records.
Schwarz, previously an embedded advisor to HealthEx, will now take on a full-time leadership role. He will focus on expanding access to comprehensive health records and promoting a future where data is seamlessly and responsibly shared, always prioritizing the patient’s needs.
As CCO, Schwarz will concentrate on accelerating HealthEx’s growth by integrating value into every partnership, helping enterprises provide more timely, affordable, and personalized experiences for patients. This will be achieved through real-time access to clinical records via patients’ own right of access.
Schwarz plans to drive commercial ROI across the healthcare ecosystem through collaborations with payers, providers, digital health applications, and AI teams.
Schwarz brings experience in regulated technology and patient data to the role. At Veeva Systems, he led enterprise and global account teams and helped increase annual revenue from $300 million to $1.85 billion during his tenure. He has also worked with emerging healthcare technology companies to improve care, operations, and research.
Priyanka Agarwal, MD, MBA, Co-founder and CEO of HealthEx, stated that seamless interoperability and patient-directed data exchange are becoming foundational infrastructure, adding that Schwarz’s focus on customer success will help scale the next generation of trusted data exchange.
According to Anand Raghavan, Co-founder and CTO of HealthEx, Schwarz will assist in expanding the company’s ecosystem of payers, providers, and digital health partners, making patient-directed data exchange the standard practice.
In his new role, Schwarz will lead commercial, sales, and marketing efforts for HealthEx.
