Tyler, Texas — December 15, 2025 — Leads & Copy — ENvue Medical, Inc. has appointed David Johnson as Chairman of the Board. He will work alongside CEO Doron Besser and the leadership team.
Johnson stated that ENvue is at the forefront of advanced feeding-tube placement technology, noting its validation in the market and usage in 38 U.S. hospitals. He believes the company’s system could change the standard of care and looks forward to a successful 2026 and working with Besser to scale the platform and execute the next growth phase.
Johnson has over 30 years of experience in the medical technology and biotechnology industries. He most recently served as Chairman of Advanced Medical Balloons (AMB), which Stryker later acquired. He also served as Executive Chairman of Enveric Biosciences, Inc. and Chairman of HyperMed Imaging, Inc. Previously, Johnson held senior leadership roles at ConvaTec, Alliqua BioMedical, Inc., Bristol-Myers Squibb and Zimmer Inc.
Besser said he is pleased to welcome Johnson as Chairman of the Company and believes that Johnson’s experience in healthcare and the public markets will be an important asset at this critical inflection point. He noted the high unmet need for innovation in feeding-tube placement and the company’s pursuit of additional FDA 510(k) clearances to expand the ENvue platform into neonatal and pediatric populations.
