Domain Therapeutics Appoints Jean-Marie Cuillerot as Chief Medical Officer

STRASBOURG, France, MONTREAL and BOSTON, November 13, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Domain Therapeutics has appointed Jean-Marie Cuillerot, M.D., a Boston-based pharmaceutical leader, as Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to advance its GPCR-targeting pipeline.

Dr. Cuillerot, based in Boston, brings extensive experience in pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, with a strong record in clinical development and regulatory strategy.

Earlier in his career, at Bristol-Myers Squibb, he led the lifecycle management of ipilimumab, the first approved immune checkpoint inhibitor for cancer, designing and leading Phase II and III clinical trials and supporting regulatory filings in the U.S. and Europe.

At EMD Serono, an affiliate of Merck Serono, Dr. Cuillerot directed clinical development of avelumab from pre-IND through global submissions, earning the Merck CEO Award.

Before joining Domain Therapeutics, Dr. Cuillerot served as CMO at Acrivon Therapeutics, Dragonfly Therapeutics, and Agenus, consistently advancing innovative therapies from early clinical stages toward regulatory milestones.

Dr. Cuillerot is joining Domain Therapeutics as it accelerates clinical progress, including the ongoing Phase I/II DOMISOL trial in Australia for DT-7012, a Treg-depleting anti-CCR8 monoclonal antibody. He will also guide the development of DT-9081, an EP4 receptor antagonist for solid tumors, and DT-9046, a first-in-class biased negative allosteric modulator of PAR2 in inflammation.
