TORONTO — Docebo Inc. (TSX:DCBO) is expanding its AI-powered learning suite as Canadian CEOs ramp up investment in artificial intelligence.
The Toronto-based firm unveiled new generative AI tools for enterprise training and compliance, including automated course creation, real-time feedback, and predictive analytics.
CEO Claudio Erba said the rollout reflects rising demand for scalable, personalized learning in regulated industries. “We’re embedding AI where it drives measurable ROI,” Erba said.
The launch coincides with a broader shift in executive priorities. In a recent survey, 78 per cent of Canadian CEOs named AI as their top strategic focus.
Docebo’s stock has gained 12 per cent since the product release, buoyed by its recurring revenue model and expanding U.S. footprint.
The company also signaled potential acquisitions in the AI edtech space, positioning itself to consolidate market share as enterprise training budgets rebound.
