September 30, 2025 — Leads & Copy — DiagnaMed Holdings Corp. (CSE: DMED) (OTCQB: DGNMF) has appointed André Turmel as Executive Chairman and Pam Sangster as Strategic Advisor. These appointments enhance the company’s leadership as it prepares to release exploration results from its program in Ontario’s Témiscamingue Graben.
The program, conducted with Quebec Innovative Materials Corp. (QIMC) and Institut National de la Recherche Scientifique (INRS), involved collecting over 1,000 soil-gas samples, which are now being analyzed.
John Karagiannidis, CEO of DMED, stated that Turmel’s leadership in renewables and Sangster’s expertise will guide DiagnaMed as it releases the results of its Témiscamingue Graben program, positioning DiagnaMed and QIMC as leaders in the Canadian natural hydrogen sector.
Turmel brings over 25 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, having been a senior partner at Fasken LLP, specializing in energy, natural resources, and climate change law. Sangster has over 30 years of experience in the mineral resource sector and has held senior roles including Provincial Industrial Mineral Specialist, Regional Land Use Planning Geologist, Manager of the Provincial Mines and Minerals Information Centre, and District Geologist in Timmins.
