BOSTON, September 10, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Dewpoint Therapeutics has announced the closing of its Series D financing round. The funds will support the advancement of DPTX3186, a first-in-class condensate modulator (c-mod), into clinical trials by the end of 2025, with early clinical proof-of-concept expected by the end of 2026. The financing will also accelerate the development of Dewpoint’s first-in-class c-mod targeting MYC and strengthen collaborations with Bayer, Novo Nordisk, and Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma. The financing provides operational runway into early 2027.
DPTX3186, an orally delivered small molecule c-mod, is designed to selectively disrupt oncogenic Wnt signaling, forcing β-catenin to concentrate in an inactive condensate preferentially within cancer cells. This modulation has the potential to address safety concerns that have historically limited Wnt-targeted therapies.
Ameet Nathwani, MD, CEO of Dewpoint Therapeutics, expressed gratitude for the commitment of investors and the Board as the company enters the clinical development phase.
Dewpoint Therapeutics is focused on applying biomolecular condensate biology to develop therapeutics for diseases of high unmet need. The company’s platform spans multiple therapeutic areas, including oncology, neurodegenerative, cardiopulmonary, and metabolic diseases.
