Gelston’s appointment marks a key milestone in the company’s evolution as it expands its impact across three growth engines: Decimal.health, its strategy consulting and commercialization business; Ecosystem Development, like CancerX; and AccelerOnc Studio, focused on oncology innovation.

Gelston brings over 30 years of experience in healthcare, digital health, and technology, including senior leadership roles at Best Buy Health, Amazon Business Healthcare, Fresenius Medical Care, and Philips Healthcare.
As President and Managing Partner, Gelston will lead strategy, operations, and growth across Decimal.health and Ecosystem development initiatives, partnering with Kamal Jethwani, CEO of Decimal.health, focusing on AccelerOnc Studio and innovation initiatives.
