SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. — November 4, 2025 — Leads & Copy — CERo Therapeutics Holdings, Inc. (OTC PINK: CERO) will present data on its lead compound CER-1236 at the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC) conference, Nov. 5-9 in National Harbor, Md., according to a release.
The poster, “CER-1236, an investigational T cell product targeting TIM-4 Ligand, exhibits sustained effector function and resistance to exhaustion,” highlights preclinical data showing durability of activity for CER-1236, the release said.
Data demonstrates sustained cell expansion across multiple rounds of antigen stimulation, combined with a robust cytokine response, compared to CD3/CD28 polyclonal stimulation, which induced strong initial activation, but led to cell exhaustion, the release said.
CERo CEO Chris Ehrlich said the data supports what the company has seen in its Phase 1 trial, while providing additional insight, the release stated.
The company is conducting a Phase 1/1b study of CER-1236 in patients with acute myeloid leukemia or TP53 mutated MDS/AML or AML.
