Celldex Announces Positive Phase 1 Data for CDX-622 at CIA Symposium (NASDAQ:CLDX)

HAMPTON, N.J. — October 30, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Celldex (NASDAQ:CLDX) announced positive data from its Phase 1 study of CDX-622, a bispecific antibody targeting inflammation and fibrosis, at the CIA Biennial Symposium in Dubrovnik, Croatia.

CDX-622 was well tolerated and induced rapid, sustained reductions in serum tryptase, indicating mast cell inhibition and depletion. The study is progressing to test multiple ascending doses, with Phase 1b planned for asthma patients.

Tibor Keler, PhD, highlighted the long half-life and lack of immunogenicity observed with CDX-622. The No-Observed-Adverse-Effect-Level (NOAEL) in a toxicology study was 75 mg/kg, leading to mast cell depletion. In healthy participants, no dose-limiting toxicities or serious adverse events were observed. Data from Part 2 and Part 3 of the study are expected in Q3 2026.

CDX-622 neutralizes TSLP and soluble SCF, reducing mast cells in preclinical models and inhibiting soluble SCF over membrane form. Celldex is pioneering novel antibody-based treatments for allergic, inflammatory, and autoimmune disorders.
