BlossomHill Therapeutics Announces First Patient Dosed in SOLARA Trial Expansion Cohorts for BH-30643

San Diego, CA — August 22, 2025 — Leads & Copy — BlossomHill Therapeutics, Inc. announced the first patient dosed in the expansion cohorts of the SOLARA trial (NCT06706076), a Phase 1/2 clinical trial assessing the safety, efficacy, and tolerability of BH-30643 in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) bearing EGFR or HER2 mutations. BH-30643 is a first-in-class, macrocyclic, non-covalent, mutant selective OMNI-EGFRTM inhibitor.

The expansion cohorts will assess the single-agent objective response rate (ORR) of BH-30643 in NSCLC patients with diverse EGFR mutations. The company aims to make the next leap forward in the treatment of EGFR-mutant lung cancer.
