Ardelyx (NASDAQ:ARDX) Reports Strong Q3 2025 Financial Results; Raises IBSRELA Revenue Guidance

WALTHAM, Mass. — October 30, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Ardelyx, Inc. (Nasdaq: ARDX) reported its Q3 2025 financial results, highlighting a 15% year-over-year product revenue growth, reaching $105.5 million. IBSRELA revenue increased by 92% to $78.2 million, prompting an increased revenue guidance for 2025 to $270-275 million. XPHOZAH revenue rose by 9% compared to Q2 2025, reaching $27.4 million.

The company announced a pipeline program for the next-generation NHE3 inhibitor. It scheduled a conference call for 4:30 PM Eastern Time to discuss these results.

President and CEO of Ardelyx, Mike Raab, noted that this quarter’s results set the stage for a stronger performance in 2026. He added that IBSRELA continues to outperform, due to patient demand and targeted commercial execution. He said XPHOZAH’s consistent growth is encouraging, citing team agility and a strong commercial model. The new NHE3 inhibitor underscores the company’s leadership and commitment to building a pipeline of important medicines.

As of September 30, 2025, the company had $242.7 million in cash, cash equivalents and short-term investments. Total revenue for Q3 2025 was $110.3 million, up from $98.2 million in Q3 2024. The net loss for the quarter was $1.0 million, or $(0.00) per share.
