WARREN, N.J. — November 4, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Aquestive Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: AQST) announced leadership changes to support the potential launch of Anaphylm™ and pipeline expansion. Matthew Davis, M.D., RPh, is the new Chief Development Officer, Gary Slatko, M.D., M.B.A, is interim Chief Medical Officer, and Peter Boyd, M.B.A, is promoted to Chief People Officer.
Dan Barber, President and CEO, expressed confidence in the AdrenaVerse™ platform and the new leaders’ ability to accelerate pipeline efforts and expand awareness of Anaphylm™.
Aquestive acknowledged Carl Kraus and the late Steve Wargacki for their contributions. Davis will oversee R&D, bringing over 20 years of experience, including 12 FDA approvals. Slatko, former CMO, will lead medical affairs, with over 30 years of experience, including a role at the FDA. Boyd, with the company since 2013, will lead human resources strategy, previously holding positions at HP Inc.
Davis will receive equity awards under the 2022 Equity Inducement Plan, vesting over three years, contingent upon continued employment.
Anaphylm™ is a sublingual film for severe allergic reactions, designed for convenient administration and portability, awaiting potential FDA approval.
