(OTCQB: ADIA) has announced a strategic partnership between its research and development division, Adia Labs, and AxiaMD, a provider of physician oversight and compliance services for medical spas, IV clinics, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and wellness practices.
According to the agreement, Adia Labs’ regenerative products will be offered to AxiaMD’s client base through its network of healthcare providers. Adia Nutrition’s clinics and partners will have access to AxiaMD’s compliance and physician oversight services to ensure operations are compliant across all 50 states. The partnership allows chiropractic clinics to perform regenerative procedures under physician oversight and regulatory compliance.
The mutual referral model will allow Adia Labs’ FDA-compliant stem cell products to be available to AxiaMD’s nationwide client base and Adia Med clients and partners to benefit from AxiaMD’s regulatory support, enabling faster scaling.
