AbCellera Doses First Participants in Phase 1 Trial of ABCL575 for Atopic Dermatitis

August 27, 2025 — Leads & Copy — AbCellera Biologics Inc. (Nasdaq: ABCL) announced the first participants have been dosed in a Phase 1 clinical trial of ABCL575, an investigational antibody therapy for moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD). The trial (NCT07108894) is assessing safety and tolerability in healthy participants. Data is expected in mid-2026.

ABCL575 targets OX40 ligand and is engineered for a six-month dosing interval. Preclinical studies showed potent inhibition of T cell-mediated inflammatory pathways and a favorable safety profile.

AbCellera is focused on discovering and developing antibody-based medicines in endocrinology, women’s health, immunology, and oncology.
