(CSE: PNGA) (OTC: PNGAF) has announced that its name change to The Precision Peptide Company Inc. will be effective March 18, 2026, according to a news release. This follows the company’s previous announcement on March 6, 2026, regarding the name change.
The company’s common shares will commence trading on the CSE under the new name and the trading symbol “BPC” on March 18, 2026. The new CUSIP will be 74031F104, and the new ISIN number will be CA74031F1045. The share capital of the company will remain unchanged.
