Happy Creek Minerals Plans Name Change to Fox Tungsten Ltd.
Vancouver, British Columbia — February 3, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Happy Creek Minerals Ltd. (TSX-V: HPY) plans to change its name to Fox Tungsten Ltd., pending approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
The company will announce the effective date of the name change and the new trading symbol upon receiving approval.
Happy Creek is focused on new discoveries and building resources near infrastructure on its 100-percent-owned portfolio of diversified metals projects in British Columbia.
Projects include the high-grade Fox Tungsten deposit, the Silverboss molybdenum-copper-gold-silver project adjacent to Glencore’s closed Boss Mountain molybdenum mine, and the adjacent Hen-Art-DL gold and silver project.
Happy Creek closed the sale of the Highland Valley Copper Project to Metal Energy Corp. (TSX:V MERG) on November 7, 2024, and holds 2,347,220 common shares of Metal Energy.
