Aether Global Innovations Corp. Extends Acquisition Outside Date for Arion Defence Inc.

(CSE: AETH) (OTC: AETHF) (Frankfurt: 4XA) (WKN# A2N8RH), a defense and security technology company, announced an amendment to its agreement to acquire Arion Defence Inc. The Amending Agreement, entered into among Aether Global Innovations Corp., 1401068 B.C. Ltd., and Arion Defence Inc., extends the outside date for the completion of the transaction to November 30, 2026, from the previous date of July 31, 2026. This extension provides the parties with additional time to finalize the acquisition of 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Arion. All other terms and conditions of the original definitive agreement, dated April 1, 2026, remain unchanged.
