Ventra Metals Corp. Appoints New Chief Financial Officer
VANCOUVER, BC – August 4, 2026 – Leads & Copy – Ventra Metals Corp. announced Tuesday the appointment of Tyler Dilney as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective August 1, 2026. Dilney, a Chartered Professional Accountant, brings 15 years of experience across the mining, technology, and oil and gas sectors. He has previously held CFO and Controller positions for both public and private companies, offering expertise in accounting, financial reporting, taxation, corporate governance, and business advisory services.
In conjunction with Dilney’s appointment, the Company has accepted the resignation of Mason Granger from the CFO role. Granger will continue to serve as a director of Ventra Metals Corp.

The Company also reported the grant of 125,000 incentive stock options to Dilney. These options are exercisable for three years at an exercise price of $0.25 per share, subject to vesting requirements. The issuance of these options is contingent upon the terms of Ventra’s omnibus compensation plan and approval from the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV).
