Corporation Charbone Announces Ontario Hydrogen Supply Hub

Brossard, Quebec — February 4, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Corporation Charbone (TSXV: CH; OTCQB: CHHYF; FSE: K47) has announced the development of its first Charbone Hydrogen Supply Hub in Ontario, marking a key step in the company’s Canadian expansion strategy.

The Charbone Hydrogen Supply Hub will act as a dedicated physical facility for local storage and distribution, designed to ensure a reliable supply of hydrogen to industrial, advanced manufacturing, and mobility clients throughout Southern Ontario.

Charbone will use its existing physical infrastructure for the Hub, including its own tube storage assets and other components. This will allow the company to secure local inventories and buffer capacity, maintain control over logistics, safety, and high-quality standards, reduce dependence on third-party storage and logistics facilities, and improve supply reliability and response times for clients.

According to the company, this hub-and-spoke model will be a fundamental pillar of Charbone’s strategy to deploy a scalable network of hydrogen production and supply hubs across Canada and the United States, serving regional markets with local storage, logistics, and distribution capabilities.

“This first Charbone Hydrogen Supply Hub in Ontario represents a major strategic advance for Charbone,” said Dave B. Gagnon, CEO of Charbone. “By investing directly in physical storage assets, we are reinforcing our commitment to operational control, security of supply, and long-term local value creation in key industrial markets.”

The Ontario hub is expected to serve various types of clients and dedicated supply programs, with delivery methods including tube trailers and micro-bulk solutions. It will be designed to allow for future expansion of storage and production capacities based on market demand growth.

Charbone considers Ontario a priority market, given the concentration of industrial users, clean mobility initiatives, and advanced manufacturing ecosystems. The company anticipates that this hydrogen supply hub will play a structuring role in its North American logistics platform.

Charbone has retained Momentum Public Relations Inc. for investor and media relations strategies. Maxence Gagné-Godbout, acting without any conflict of interest with the Company, will primarily provide these services. Under the agreement, Momentum will receive fees of $10,000 per month. The six-month agreement is valid until May 15, 2026, and is subject to regulatory approval.

Charbone is a developer and producer of Ultra High Purity (UHP) clean hydrogen with an expanding industrial gas distribution platform. With a modular approach, Charbone focuses on developing a network of clean hydrogen production plants in North America and select markets abroad, starting with its flagship project in Sorel-Tracy, Quebec. The company’s integrated model reduces risks, improves scalability, and allows for diversification of revenue streams through partnerships in helium and other specialty gases. Charbone is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV: CH), the OTC markets (OTCQB: CHHYF), and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FSE: K47).
