Great Plains Metals Corp. Completes Acquisition of Everton Project, Prepares for Drilling
Vancouver, BC — November 5, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Great Plains Metals Corp. (TSX-V: GPS, Frankfurt Exchange: 8VC) has completed the 100% acquisition of the Everton Project in northern Victoria, Australia, and signed a Land Access Agreement, paving the way for exploration work and drilling planned for Q1 2026. The project contains a historical molybdenum mine with potential mineralization hosted in an undrilled porphyry system.
The process to transfer Exploration License 00834 (EL00834) to GPS’s wholly owned subsidiary, GPS Everton Pty Ltd., has commenced. The Everton Project features a historical molybdenum mine that operated between 1917 and 1944, producing approximately 306 tons of molybdenum concentrate. Recent geological mapping identified cupola textures and Unidirectional Solidification Textures (USTs), indicating mineralization in an undrilled porphyry molybdenum +/- copper system.
A Land Access Agreement has been signed, allowing for exploration and drilling. Additional geological mapping is planned to refine targets for shallow drilling in Q1 2026, testing for pencil porphyry-related molybdenum and copper mineralization.
CEO Aidan Bishop noted that the land access agreement and identification of cupola textures and USTs present GPS with clear high-value drill targets for Q1 2026.
The company has issued 2,000,000 shares (“Consideration Shares”) to Great Pacific Gold Corp (TSXV:GPAC). These shares have restrictions, including a six-month holding period.
