Nord Precious Metals Mining Inc. focuses on high-grade silver mining in Northern Ontario. The Company operates TTL Laboratories, the sole permitted high-grade milling facility in the historic Cobalt Camp. Nord has established an integrated position that connects silver discovery with strategic metals recovery operations.

The company’s 63 sq. km flagship Castle property, expanded by 225 hectares of leases, encompasses three of the five most productive past-producing silver mines in the Gowganda Camp: Siscoe-O’Brien, Castle, and Millerett. Additionally, the Castle East discovery has a historic, Inferred resource of 7.56 million ounces of silver, grading an average of 8,582 g/t Ag in 27,400 tonnes of material from two sections of the Castle East Robinson Zone. This resource, detailed in a May 28, 2020, NI 43-101 Technical Report, is now considered historical and requires further drilling and analysis to be recategorized as current.

The newly acquired leases also contain a historical NI 43-101 indicated tailings resource of approximately 1,940,000 tonnes grading 47.5 g/t Ag for approximately 2,960,000 contained ounces of silver. This historical estimate, based on 2011 data, has not been verified as a current mineral resource, and a qualified person has not yet confirmed it to current NI 43-101 standards.

Nord’s integrated processing strategy facilitates multiple metal recovery streams. High-grade silver recovery supports the economics of extracting critical minerals such as cobalt and nickel. The Re-2Ox hydrometallurgical process, validated at pilot scale, addresses arsenic challenges in silver-cobalt ores and produces technical-grade cobalt sulphate and other metal products. This multi-metal approach, combined with existing infrastructure, positions Nord within Ontario’s critical minerals supply chain.

The Company also holds a strategic portfolio of critical minerals properties in Northern Quebec through its 35% ownership in Coniagas Battery Metals Inc. (TSXV: COS), and the St. Denis-Sangster lithium project near Cochrane, Ontario.

The technical information in the press release was approved by Mr. Frank J. Basa, P.Eng. (PEO), director of Nord Precious Metals, a qualified person in accordance with National Instrument 43-101.
